Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Shipping time Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location. Please allow extra time during peak seasons or holidays.

Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order.

Order tracking You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays Occasionally, factors outside our control (customs, weather, carrier delays) may affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience and will help resolve any shipping issue you run into.
